At Gulf Parts Center, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Electrical parts and special-order items are non-returnable once opened.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Electrical / electronic components (once opened)
• Special-order / custom parts
• Items damaged by misuse or improper installation
